Blackish is a ABC Hit!

Congratulations to the cast of Blackish for pulling in great ratings for ABC during its debut!

"Black-ish" stars Anthony Anderson as an Andre, advertising executive whose success has left him alienated from his roots — as his father (Laurence Fishburne), who never misses a chance to bring up his part in the Civil Rights movement, never misses a chance to remind him. Early on, we see a fantasy sequence where a tour bus swings by Andre's sumptuously appointed (and, of course, sparkling white) house to give tourists a glimpse of "the mythical and majestic Black Family."

Its On and Poppin with Whoppi Goldberg and Rosie O'Donnell

Its on and popping with Whoopi Goldberg and Rosie O'Donnell as the two kick off  the new season of "The View"

Allegedly fireworks started after Whoopi interrupted Rosie O’Donnell to go to a commercial break before the mother of five was finished commenting in a “Hot Topic” discussion about spanking children.

O’Donnell refuses to wear an earpiece to stay in contact with producers while the live show is airing, so she had no clue it was time to stop talking. Still, after Goldberg cut her off, O’Donnell had a fit during the break, telling Goldberg, “You hurt my feelings.”

“I’m very upset by it,” she added, according to mainstream reports.

Whoopie tried to calm O’Donnell, noting: “This isn’t the time for this, Rosie.”

But O’Donnell wouldn’t drop the subject. “It makes me upset and I just don’t want to have to go through this,” she complained.

Goldberg, clearly annoyed, shot back: “I said this was not the time, Rosie.”

Not fazed, O’Donnell continued to pop off until Goldberg snapped, “F-ck it, I told you to leave it alone and you just don’t want to listen. If you want to go there, Rosie, I will, damn it. I’m really sick of your sh-t !”

Production sources said the studio became silent — until co-host Rosie Perez cracked, “Oh, s—, Twitter is going to be off the hook now.”

Aretha Franklin covers Adelle Song with Cissy Houston Singing background (disaster)

Cissy Houston should have stayed backstage instead of singing background with Aretha during her performance on Letterman show.  Cissy Houston does NOT know the words and looks quite awkward.  (smh)
