Allegedly a college football star was arrested for murdering a female he entered into a brief relationship with not realizing she was transgender!

Tyler, Texas police served an arrest warrant for 21 year old Carlton Ray Champion, Jr. He’s accused of murdering of 24-year-old Tyrone Lee Underwood, seen below. Investigators learned that Champion and Underwood were in a brief relationship prior to the murder. Champion was arrested on Jan. 29 by Tyler police on a probation violation. He was taken to the Gregg County Jail where he was being held without bond. Tyler police investigators informed the Gregg County Sheriff’s Office that Champion was wanted on first degree murder charges and a warrant was signed and $1 million bond placed.

Its On and Poppin with Whoppi Goldberg and Rosie O'Donnell

Its on and popping with Whoopi Goldberg and Rosie O'Donnell as the two kick off  the new season of "The View"

Allegedly fireworks started after Whoopi interrupted Rosie O’Donnell to go to a commercial break before the mother of five was finished commenting in a “Hot Topic” discussion about spanking children.

O’Donnell refuses to wear an earpiece to stay in contact with producers while the live show is airing, so she had no clue it was time to stop talking. Still, after Goldberg cut her off, O’Donnell had a fit during the break, telling Goldberg, “You hurt my feelings.”

“I’m very upset by it,” she added, according to mainstream reports.

Whoopie tried to calm O’Donnell, noting: “This isn’t the time for this, Rosie.”

But O’Donnell wouldn’t drop the subject. “It makes me upset and I just don’t want to have to go through this,” she complained.

Goldberg, clearly annoyed, shot back: “I said this was not the time, Rosie.”

Not fazed, O’Donnell continued to pop off until Goldberg snapped, “F-ck it, I told you to leave it alone and you just don’t want to listen. If you want to go there, Rosie, I will, damn it. I’m really sick of your sh-t !”

Production sources said the studio became silent — until co-host Rosie Perez cracked, “Oh, s—, Twitter is going to be off the hook now.”

Aretha Franklin covers Adelle Song with Cissy Houston Singing background (disaster)

Cissy Houston should have stayed backstage instead of singing background with Aretha during her performance on Letterman show.  Cissy Houston does NOT know the words and looks quite awkward.  (smh)

Kanye West escapes jail time for having another hissy fit

Rapper/producer Kanye West is known for his fits of anger just as much as his music. One of Kanye’s worst outbursts was when he attacked a photographer and broke the man’s camera. Kanye was facing time in jail for the attack, but he has sidestepped jail.

As the story goes, West plead no contest to misdemeanor battery in exchange for the prosecution dropping the grand theft charge. As part of the plea deal, Kanye received 24 months on informational probation. Informational probation means West just needs to stay out of trouble for the 24 months and the charge will be erased from his record.

Kanye West went the extra mile with the plea deal because the artist also agreed to 24 private anger management therapy sessions on top of 250 hours of community service. West was ordered to pay the photographer for his damaged camera equipment and any medical bills.

While the photographer will be reimbursed for his equipment and medical bills, that wasn’t enough for him. The photographer addressed the court and asked that West be put behind bars. The photographer told the court that the trauma and emotional scars stick with him. He concluded the speech by saying he believed Kanye used the attack to sell more copies of his album “Yeezus.” Obviously, all of that fell on deaf ears because Kanye West is a free man.

David Simon hopes to bring his gritty and realistic flavor to HBO's planned Martin Luther King miniseries, as the writer-director confirmed that he'll be involved deeply with the project.

The award-winning creator of Treme and The Wire will spearhead the HBO six-hour miniseries adaptation of Taylor Branch's America: In The King Years. It's the second of two planned Martin Luther King, Jr. projects that Oprah Winfrey is attached to produced —the other is Ava DuVernay's Selma, which has David Oyelowo (Lee Daniels' The Butler) attached to star in, with Paramount distributing.

HBO's miniseries was originally announced back in 2010, but now it seems as if it is ready to be on the go. Simon has agreed, according to Deadline, to write at least the first part of the planned six-hour project. The miniseries will cover the Freedom Rides, the Civil Rights March on Washington, D.C., as well as MLK's relationships with John F. and Robert Kennedy, and Lyndon B. Johnson.

There's no other casting news or expected premiere dates, but Simon will reportedly work on the script with Treme co-creator Eric Overmyer.

"Eric Overmyer and I have taken on a project that was already in HBO's development stable," Simon wrote. "We have agreed to go into a room with Taylor Branch and others and see what can be done for a six-hour miniseries. But as per Blown Deadline's development projects, this is behind another miniseries project for HBO that is closer to production and that we hope to be announcing shortly."

Michael Jackson 31 Year Old Son Allegedly going Public with DNA Evidence

According to TMZ, Michael Jackson has a 31-year-old son -- at least that's what the man claims -- and we're told he plans to go public tomorrow with what he believes is ironclad DNA evidence.

His name is Brandon Howard -- the son of singer Miki Howard, whom Joe Jackson represented back in the 1980s.

Sources close to Brandon tell us, Miki and MJ met in 1982 and Brandon was born soon after.

Brandon grew up in Cleveland and now lives in Miami. He's now a singer who goes by the name B Howard. And he's had some success. We're told he's part of a new Akon song.

As for why B Howard is so sure he's MJ's son ... our sources say he somehow acquired DNA from an old orthodontic device worn by Michael ... it's unclear how he got hold of it, but we're told the test results show a match.

The results will be unveiled Thursday on FilmOn.com.

Oh yeah ... once the DNA results are revealed, he plans to go after the MJ Estate for money.

Estate lawyer Howard Weitzman tells TMZ, "We've never even heard from him," adding, "Any deadline for claiming to be Michael's child has long since passed."

Ludacris now wants Baby Mama to pay Him Child Support

TMZ reports

Rapper Ludacris wants to do something so shocking, it will send shock waves through the rap community — he’s fighting for CUSTODY of his kid.

Luda and baby mama Tamika Fuller are duking it out in an Atlanta court over custody and child support. They had a baby girl 2 months ago and Tamika’s been taking care of the kid.

The rapper now says in legal docs he’s a “fit and capable parent” and should get full physical custody. He offers up his parental resume, saying he’s always been “an active father” to his 12-year-old girl.

Now the plot thickens.

Luda has also asked the judge to force Tamika to pay HIM child support. That’s interesting, because Tamika was asking for $15K a month in child support and Ludacris pleaded poverty, saying Paul Walker’s death derailed “Fast & Furious 7″ and his cash flow dried up. The judge awarded her $7K a month.

So the question … does Luda really want custody, or is this a way to turn the financial tables?

NeNe Leakes, Cynthia Baily and Marlo Hampton engage in Twitter Fight

According to S2S

NeNe Leakes apologized for the message she may have sent by offering a terse and intense “speech” during Kenya Moore’s Save Our Daughters charity event.

“I apologize for my behavior,” NeNe wrote in her most recent BravoTV.com blog. “I definitely don’t what to teach young women that this is the proper way to respond when someone is trying to trick you into a situation and push your buttons. I would much rather teach young women to be aware of the wolves in sheep’s clothing.”

Was NeNe referring to Kenya who told cast members that she’d invited NeNe to the event, despite the strain on their friendship caused by the Pillow Talk melee? Yep.

“Kenya used the charity’s name for her own selfish reasons,” said NeNe who refutes that Kenya ever informed her about the event.

“I never received a call, a text, or an email from Kenya. What I did learn the night before the charity event is that Kenya used a PR Firm to send e-vites to everyone,” explained NeNe who said she didn’t see the email invitation.

“If she really had pure, good intentions, she could have picked up the phone, called me and said, ‘Hey let’s put our differences aside for a night of charity!’”

Unfortunately, Kenya did not do so and when NeNe arrived at the event, she had an obvious chip on her shoulder. It made “RHOA” hubby Peter Thomas so uncomfortable that he wanted to immediately leave the event. His exit caused some tension between him, NeNe and Cynthia Bailey.

“Sometimes it’s hard to tell people you love the truth. Sometimes they don’t want to hear it,” Peter tweeted during the episode.

NeNe didn’t extend any apologies to Kenya and questioned the former Miss USA’s sudden focus on philanthropy.

“All this charity B.S. is coming from a person that showed up at my charity event last year in a thong and butt pads!” NeNe reminded “RHOA” fans.

While things seemed to start of cordially between Kenya and NeNe this season, the “Glee” actress said she should have expected things to go left between her and Kenya.

“She had beef witih Cynthia over the whole coochie crack thing, then moved on to Porsha [Williams], then Phaedra [Parks] over a booty video, then to Apollo [Nida], and now me! I see straight through her!” NeNe wrote.

NeNe also alluded that she’s disappointed in so-called friends who didn’t have her back during the disagreement. Was she referring to Marlo Hampton and Cynthia?

She wrote: “Did you see the opportunist that keeps coming around?…Did you see my friend just sit there and indirectly support this B.S.? I have worked with a lot of women over the years, and the one thing that it has taught me is that life is like an elevator—on your way, you have to let people off!”

Lil Kim revealed last week that she is expecting a child, but she didn’t mention who the father was. Her boyfriend Mr. Papers then hinted that he’s the babydaddy by changing his name on Twitter to “Daddy” and posting a shot with the caption “I heard everybody lookin for me.”

With the father’s identity confirmed, Ricky and his crew wanted to know if Kim and Mr. Papers had any ideas about what they might like to name their child. The proud papa seemed determined to keep the baby’s name a secret, but he did slip some other big news: They’re having a boy!

“I don’t really wanna give that to the world yet, but we gon’ let y’all know soon though,” Mr. Papers told Rickey. “We ain’t gon’ hold it too long…He gon’ be a Gemini though.”

And while he was addressing rumors, Mr. Papers also denied rumors that he and Lil Kim have split up. “Nah we together, bruh,” the rapper assured before proudly confirming that their relationship is solid. “You know how they like to talk; we together. That’s my wife; that’s my baby.”

Kandi Burruss Mama still ragging on Todd

Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kandi Burruss' mom, Joyce, has made it clear that she doesn't want her daughter to marry fiancé Todd Tucker. And in the new issue of In Touch, on newsstands now, she makes another dig at the production manager, saying he's more in love with himself than her daughter!

“Kandi’s on one page, and Todd is on his page,” Joyce tells In Touch, noting that her daughter had originally wanted a Valentine’s Day ceremony. “Kandi is in love — and Todd is in love with Todd. He could love Kandi, but he loves Todd more.”

Kandi’s Mother Thinks Her Daughter’s FiancĂ© Todd Is a Cheater!

Kandi has been in full wedding-planning mode on the Bravo show, so it must have come as a shock when Todd recently told Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen, “We’re taking it day-by-day,” when asked on Jan. 19 about the nuptials.

Gabrielle Union was on Chelsea Handlers show recently promoting her new series Being Mary Jane and the launch of her new lux wine.  During the convesation the two shared girl talk about everything from dating younger men to weddings and even farts, with Gabrielle Union noting:
“From jump. There’s none of that ‘I don’t fart, I don’t poop.’ I have a high fiber diet. You’re gonna… this is happening. We’re doing this right from jump,” Union said.
Union added: “Oh by the way, I go three times a day and I leave the door open! And I don’t light a match.”

Having a bowel movement 3 times a day is unusual for anyone other than infants. But Union did say she stays in shape with regular exercise and adherence to a high fiber, vegan diet regimen called the “Porn Diet.”

India Arie puts the Grammy's on Blast

The Grammy's is getting a lot of heat this year with complaints ranging from the Mass Wedding Ceremony officiated by Queen Latifah to throwing shade on Gospel Musicians by not only failing to acknowledge the winners of this categories but also not allowing gospel artist to sing.

Well it appears tht India Arie, who was completely shut out of the Grammy's 2002 has had ENOUGH noting on her blog:

@Kendricklamar WAS robbed, BUT he was not the only one who was robbed. Personally, I was pleased he was able to perform and they KILLED! IT! One of the FEW moving moments of the night for ME.

Though it’s called “Music industries biggest night” the #Grammys are NOT about the music, it’s a popularity contest. The voting process allows people, to vote on name recognition alone – the music industry politics is a whole NUTHER conversation. Too much to go into here.

The American Music Awards is a show that awards sales and popularity – the #Grammys are SAID to be about the music.

If the hip hop community voted on hip hop – r&b COMMUNITY the same – same for each category – we’d see winners that reflect the MUSIC ITSELF. We all know that’s just not the way it goes.

NOW the BIGGER losers, are ALL of black music. Where was the black music community represented in last nights #Grammy show? Performers and Winners (or not) … Where were the black artists?

And this isn’t the first time the #Grammy’s has had a show all but excluding young black America and black artists in general, although we set the worlds musical trends. Why NOT televise the lifetime achievement awards of the Isley Brothers? SURELY they deserved to be on televised stage LAST NIGHT! While other artists were on stage TWICE?

The truth is in a perfect world diversity would matter, and respect would be rampant, but the TRUTH is, The #Grammys is a television show, and in THAT world ratings reign supreme. So, in general, bigger names take the stage, and sadly the biggest names often times ARE BIGGER drawn along racial lines from the release of an album. i.e. marketing dollars, and just general support. It’s unfortunate.

I don’t even get surprised any more, but, it still hits my sense of fairness, because I KNOW many of the artists who are overlooked. I LIVE in that world. We keep showing up and subjecting ourselves to the game, hoping MAYBE we’ll win. I was so HAPPY to see @Kendricklamar take that stage – because it is a FORM of winning, at LEAST, he was SEEN.

Speaking of diversity, congratulations to my PERSONAL favorite albums of the year – @I_GregoryPorter #LiquidSpirit @Realsnarkypuppy and @lalahhathaway on your win and THANK YOU! @pharrell for acting RIGHT in the presence of the greatness that is @Nilerodgers and #StevieWonder

Love to all #SoulBirdsWorldWide

@IndiaArie

P.S. No mention of Nelson Mandela at ALL? … and THIS is why we NEED the Image Awards AND the BET awards.

NY Post Writer writes Scathing Review of Beyonc'e and Jay Z's  performance at Grammy's

Naomi Schaefer Riley

NAOMI SCHAEFER RILEY

"What do you call a man who stands there smiling and singing as his scantily clad wife straddles a chair and shakes her rear end for other men’s titillation? I’m certain if I look through enough Jay Z song titles, I’ll come up with the right name for his role in BeyoncĂ©’s performance at the Grammy Awards Sunday night. Rhymes with Goodyear. . . ? Well, how about I just call him a poor excuse for a husband.
"For years, these award ceremonies have pushed the envelope; BeyoncĂ©’s booty-shaking was certainly no worse than Miley Cyrus’s twerking or any number of other performances by Madonna, for instance. But there’s something particularly icky about doing it while your husband looks on approvingly."
I persnally liked the performance myself, what do you think?

Portia Williams do You Really not Know About the Underground Railroad?

Porsha Williams did nothing to silence her critics on the latest episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” when she proved to be confused about a widely-known historical fact.

During a tour of Savannah, GA, the ladies stopped by the first African Baptist church in the nation and were informed that the location was once a stop on the Underground Railroad.

After reminding her co-stars how important Black history is, she made a blunder that Bravo exec Andy Cohen will hopefully ask her about when the reunion show is taped.

Congratulations to Deborah Cohen a courageous young lady who decided to get the OR room dancing just before performing her double Masectomy recently.

Here is Deborah's wish:

"I will be dancing in my little hospital gown and bouffant cap in the Mt. Zion operating room with the surgical and anesthesia teams. My fantasy is for you to play the song (see below) and dance wherever you happen to be (in the kitchen, the carwash, subway platform [Dan!], classroom, Labor and Delivery unit, wherever!) — ideally at 7:30am but really anytime Tuesday. It would be extra remarkable if you could send me a photo (or, better yet, a short video segment) of you dancing (via caringbridge.org or deborahcohan1@gmail.com). I have visions of a healing video montage. Nothing brings me greater joy than catalyzing others to dance, move, be in their bodies. Are you with me people?"

Deitrick Haddon appears to be Hot (litterally)

Minister Deitrick Haddon appears to have a past lover who wanted the world to know just how HOT minister Deitrick Haddon is.

Allegedly and according to popular blogger funky funkydineva a former lover of Dietrick blasted nude photos of him while sexting her.

Allegedly the affair happened 2008 while Dietrick was married to his first wife.

The funny thing about this story is that Dietrick Haddon who is quick to jump on social media everytime somebody says something about him has yet to respond.

The photos are too graphic to expose on this site, to see for yourselv click on the link above.

From the looks of the sneak peak, Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 6 is going to be off the chain yall!

Since NeNe's show the "New Normal did not get picked up for a second season and Mama comes back to Atlanta to regain her throne as Queen B of the ATL.

Rumors wee swirling that there were going to be some new cast members including Tameka Redmond, Ushers ex wife but I guess she did not make the cut, cause all the orignal cast members from season 5 are back.

Word on the street is that NeNe and Kenya will go at it hard and we get a glimpse of it in the trailer. Cynthia and Peter have the same drama they had a few years ago with a failing business.

Now I know it ain't none of my business, but I would think he should try something else next time cause clearly the bar lounge aint his gift.

Phaedra has two babies now and it looks like Apollo may be getting the itch. I pray that aint the case.

Portia looks like she is living the life as her husband appears to be having second thoughts (go figure)

Finally, my favorite housewife, Kandi, need to tell her Mama that "She is grown and she got this" when it comes to her man issues. Cause some things Mama just can't get in the middle of unless she is asked.

Just in case you did not notice I am using my ebonic voice today so don't go sending me no comments about bad grammar. (lol)

I don't know about yall, but I am going to be glued to my TV on November 3rd.
